If you have trouble getting into the distributor only area, try these troubleshooting steps.
Make sure you have the correct username password.
A password is required for access to the distributor only area. If you don't have a password and you believe you should, or if you forgot your password, contact delta.
Make sure cookies are enabled.
Cookies are required for access to the distributor page. Make sure that they are enabled, or add an exception for this website.
Internet Explorer 7.0
- Open the Tools menu. If the Tools menu is not visible, press Alt+T.
- Click Internet Options.
- Select the Privacy tab
- The slider must be set to Medium or below for the login to function.
- If the slider is set above Medium, you can either move it down to medium, or add an exception
- To add an exception, click the Sites... button, enter http://www.deltamotion.com in the Address of Web site field, click Allow, then do the same for http://www.deltacompsys.com
Firefox 3.0
- Open the Tools menu, click Options
- Select the Privacy page
- In the Cookies section, Accept cookies from sites must be checked, or an exception added for this website.
- To add an exception, click the Exceptions button, enter http://www.deltamotion.com in the Address of Web site field, click Enable, then do the same for http://www.deltacompsys.com
